A motorcyclist died after he hit the curb and crashed into a sign post in West Suburban Naperville Monday night.
William C. Robleski, 32, of Western Drive in North Aurora, was pronounced dead at Edward Hospital in Naperville, according to a release from Naperville police.
Robleski was going north on Freedom Drive from Independence Avenue near I-88 when he struck a curb on the raised median and lost control, crashing into a sign post on the grass median at 11:42 p.m., the release said. He was driving a black 2008 Harley Davidson Softail Night Train motorcycle.
He was taken to Edward Hospital and later died, the release said.
No other vehicles were involved, the release said.
Naperville police are investigating.
