Head injuries in organized sports, such as footbal are becoming a topic of concern, and even heading towards Congressional hearings in the United States. A recent study showed that 60% of N.F.L players have experienced a concussion with in their football career. In 2009 the N.F.L. proposed that it will implment stringent rules on managing concussions and other head injuries.
