$2.1 MILLION SETTLEMENT FOR STONE MASON IN A SCAFOLD ACCIDENT

An experienced stone mason fell approximately 8-12 feet from the scaffolding his company had erected.  The Plaintiff landed in a ditch on the ground and sustained serious injuries to his back and side.  Injuries included a fractured vertebra, broken collarbone, and three broken ribs.  Due to injuries, Plaintiff underwent a back fusion.
