A $1 million verdict was obtained by attorney David Schwaner on behalf of a seriously injured delivery truck driver. The driver was picking up a a delivery and slipped on a wet concrete floor. The plaintiff sustained severe head trauma. There were no signs or warnings that the floor had been wet and to take caution.
